CSS Analytical offers blocks of 800# toll free phone support and extensive support by e-mail at discounted rates. Purchase blocks of time (4 hour minimum) with your Visa or MasterCard (or PO for customers with net terms) for $540 per 4 hour block (discounted from $150 per hour). All pre-paid blocks are valid for 1 year from date of purchase, and may be used in increments as small as 15 minutes. If necessary they can be "spent" on repair labor either on-site or at our factory. Pre-purcahsing these blocks of time will make certain our availability to you by phone and by e-mail.
