CSS Analytical has developed two unique proprietary upgrade kits which will allow all older HP mass spec systems to be upgraded to hardware and software products which will extensively increase the life of the instrument.

We are now accepting applications for Distribution Partners -  all dealers, service vendors and resellers are welcome to apply.   Approved dealers will get substantial discounts from our list price which will be scheduled on your volume of purchases of our upgrades, per year from CSS Analytical.

Certain provisions will apply:

1.  Dealers will have to sign a distribution contract which will specify the dealer relationship,

      including, but not limited to a non-disclosure statement, and an acknowledgment of

      certain CSS Analytical proprietary secrets.

2.  An Initial purchase of three (3) upgrades will be required.
3.  All dealer purchases will have to be pre-paid until credit terms have been approved.
4.  You will be required to represent our upgrade as a "CSS Analytical" product, not
         your own.  A special "flash screen" will be created for the data system upgrade,

         which will be seen by your customer each time the software is started identifying

         you as the distributor.
5.  You will be required to support the customer after the sale.

6.   Other provisions as will be identified in the contract.
