CSS Analytical can repair your GC, HPLC or MS system, or Component at our repair lab, test it and return it to you. We have many spare parts in stock and offer an attractive bench repair rate of only $150 per hour.
Terms: CSS Analtyical will provide a detailed quotation (if possible) prior to major work and wait for authorization. In most cases, At Our Facility Repairs must be prepaid before part(s) are returned to the cutstomer. Customers are responsible for freight and insurance to and from our location and assumes all liability from the point and time of shipping of your parts (in both directions). Remember, any insurance that is purchased for coverage during the shipment will primarily cover "the loss of the contents” - getting the freight carrier to cover a “damage” claim will be VERY difficult.
Factory repair is a very cost effective way of system repair. Fedex charges are much less expensive than air plane trips to your site. Parts can often be repaired and returned to you much faster than it would take to set up a visit on site.
