LCMSD Upgrades PDF Print E-mail
CSS Analytical can upgrade AND support your 1100 LC/MSD
Image

We offer the traditional upgrade at substantial savings. The traditional path for upgrading your MSD goes like this: "A" to "B" and then "B" to "D". Here's what you get with the traditional (Agilent) solution. We use the same parts, but can get it for you for a little less money.

A to B Upgrade - gives you the newest software and a LAN connection, no more HPIB. You will get 4 channels of acquisition in the same run. You can do SIM and Scan in the same run, Positive Ion and Negative Ion in the same run, and High and Low Fragmentor Voltage - all in the same run with up to four of these options going at the same time. Remember, though, that the more channels that you use, the fewer data points that can be collected. All of this allows you to get more data collected with fewer chromatographic runs.

B to D Upgrade - gives you the high sensitivity hardware and software needed to obtain approximately a10x increase in signal to noise.
