In order to insure your successful implementation of our products we offer several installation options for your consideration. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail if you have any questions or concerns. - Installation instructions are available with all kits - CSS can provide you with detailed installation instructions for all kits provided by CSS. These instructions will give you precise step by step instructions for installing the hardware and loading the various software products.
- Free Installation Phone Support for 10 days after the product has been delivered and invoiced. Call for help on specific issues relating to the installation and setup of your system.
- Have your PC Setup at the CSS Factory. Ship us your pc, and we will install the HPIB card, load all of the software you purchased from CSS and check it out on one of our mass spectrometers in our lab. We will then return the pc to you and all you have to do is plug it in and run. Click here for more info.
- On-Site Installation is the best option. We will travel to your laboratory, install all hardware and software, regardless of where the pc came from, and make sure that all is working well before we leave. We will then provide a little software familiarization so that you or your lab personnel will be ready to run samples. The cost of this option is $1500, on-site labor (time limit applies) including all travel (continental US). Extra time can be purchased for any extra work or consulting needed.
