It won’t Work … What do I do ? |

The first thing to do is not panic. Always start with the basics… Can you communicate with the all the components (GC/LC/ALS/MS) ? Is there good vacuum ? Is there an air leak (for GC/MS) ? Unless you have these basics covered you can’t expect to tune or acquire data. Any one you ask for help will need to have these questions answered. Before you contact CSS Analytical for Technical Support, log onto our web page and click on the menu choice for "CSS Technical Support". Then, click on the "click here" for basic questions. This will prompt you for all the necessary questions to some of the basics that CSS technicians will need prior to you contacting them.
